Refund Policy

Refund policy:

  • All cancellations and refunds must be requested by phone or email prior to the training within the specified time as listed below.
  • No refunds will be issued for a no-show.
  • Refunds will be returned to your credit card within 5 business days after the request
  • Class date switches must be requested by phone or email and will only be allowed up to 2 days prior to your scheduled date in your original class registration.
  • A full refund will be issued for classes if they are cancelled or need to be rescheduled by our training staff.
  • Those who cancel their scheduled training will be issued a refund as specified below

  • 100% refund will be issued for cancellation made within 6 days prior to your registered training class date.
  • 75% refund will be issued for cancellation made within 5 days prior to your registered training class date.
  • 65% refund will be issued for cancellation made within 4 days prior to your registered training class date.
  • 45% refund will be issued for cancellation made within 3 days prior to your registered training class date.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellation made within 2 days of your registered training class date, however, you can request a class reschedule. Please see below about rescheduling your training.

All sales are final. Students can request a reschedule of class for an additional fee of $35. Only 1 re-schedule of class date is allowed. If you cancel the second scheduled training date, no class fee refund will be issued nor any refund for rescheduling the original class date.
